I've been my own boss since 2006. Outside of ebay, I own a Consulting business, Sunscreen business and a cabinet making business. Ebay keeps me busy as well. My aim is to provide value and great customer service. Most of my sales come with a money back guarantee unless stated differently. Regardless, I still try to work with buyers to ensure satisfaction. Making money is OK, but delivering world-class service to customers is my actual goal. I never list an item for more than it's worth. I will never overcharge for freight or inflate shipping and handling charges to improve margin. Buyers who purchased from me in the past can confirm that they got a great deal. You can't please everyone, but I try my best to ensure everyone is treated with respect. I hope to earn your trust as well.

Paypal, Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, Personal Check only from ebayers in good standing.
Shipping information
I alway try to ship next day. If item value is over $50, I suggest buyers consider purchasing insurance. I pay for delivery confirmation. I only charge USPS rates. No fluff!
Return policy
7 day money back return policy if you are not completely satisfied. Buyer responsible for return freight and insurance.
Clock starts on the day you receive the item.

In my opinion, no one deserves negative feedback without allowing sellers to resolve the issue. The fact is that some people are never satisfied and occasionally leave unwarranted comments on the feedback page as an act of retaliation. I would hope ebayers would first try to work out an amicable resolution before resorting to negative feedback. Most sellers want the opportunity to resolve the issue before a customer resorts to negative feedback. This is unfair unless the seller is truly unethical. All I can say is to treat ebayers the way you want to be treated. Be a kind and considerate ebayer. Give ebayers the benefit of doubt.
