Im a Mixed Media Artist now making my home in the desert of Arizona, with my husband of 17 years, my sixteen year old son,one intense German Shepherd,two huge Rough Collies and one fed up 'odd eyed'cat. I work out of my home studio.

My paintings, of which usually have more than just paint on them, this is why I call myself a Mixed Media Artist. I'll make art out of anything, I'll mix anything with my paint to get the effect I'm after...my work is very serendipitous!

Living in the rural desert of Arizona, there is many places to buy my art supplies, so I'm always looking for paints and stuff, or anything I could use creatively, I buy things for my dogs, good books, etc.

Books, art stash, easels-(table top, free standing, travel easels for open air painting..), mannequins, guitars, candles...

ead way too many to list, always have a new favorite...just read this book called The Ghost Writer, by John Harwood....wow, what a trip... yeah, always on the prowl for a good read...

All I can say is eclectic, there's just not enough room to list it all, so I'll throw a few names out there. From Beatles, Stones and Kinks, to the Clash, Souxsie and the Banshees, X, Lucinda Williams to Green Day. Joni Mitchell, The Muffs, Marc Bolan and T-Rex( The Slider is my all time favorite), Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker. Janis Joplin of course. Oh, and when I saw Melanie on t.v, (I was seven), I asked my Dad for a guitar. My first guitar teacher was this really groovy hippy chick who taught me Bob Dylan and Beatle songs. Yep, no Bobby Sherman or David Cassidy for me, ha! ..

Dexter, The Tudors, Deadwood, Absolutely Fabulous, re-runs of Bewitched-(Samantha rocked!), The Mentalist, Ghost Hunters, A Haunting-scary as shit! Any 'woo-woo paranormal stuff, good thrillers or mystery stuff, quirky documentaries.
