Started out on eBay reselling Coach & Kate Spade handbags that we were no longer using. Then realized that the shopping opportunites and prices I have access to could benefit other eBayers, too. And so it evolved from just a few items to becoming an eBay Powerseller. Primarily, I am on eBay for the social aspects, if I make a profit...that's really secondary to me.
Payment policy
Paypal - believe this is an eBay requirement now.
Shipping information
We like to use USPS either first class or priority mail for its reliability, but will try to accommodate special requests for overnight or UPS. As a small seller, I do not benefit from any shipping discounts. Also, I try to estimate the shipping as close to the actual cost as possible and will refund any charges that are $1 more than the actual postage. Normally, I do not charge for shipping materials although they are costly. If an item requires special packaging and handling, it will be specified.
Return policy
On handbags, accessories and clothing, we are happy to take returns. Just don't wear them or remove the tags & we will work with you to get them back as efficiently as possible. I don't build enough profit into my listings to cover the return postage of an item, so that falls on the Buyer. It's the same as if you bring something home from the Mall and have to take the time & gas to return it. It's always best to email us before returning something, so we can work with you. We cannot take returns on cosmetics due to health reasons and because we are not the manufacturer who stands behind the product. If you are not familiar with the brand or product you are buying, then don't pay so much that you will regret purchasing it, should you not like it. If it is a fullsize, full price item, you may try to return it to a retail store if they have a pop, where they may give you a store credit. Trial & travel sizes are designed to be just that - a chance to try the product w/o the expense!

Our philosophy
We love name brand goods and like a good book that has been read, feel as if they need to be passed along to be enjoyed. And we want our customers to be happy! If shopping on eBay is not an enjoyable experience, then we shouldn't be on it. We do our best to describe each item in detail, take photos and work hard to build a good reputation on eBay. However, it only takes one mean-spirited person to bring all that crashing down. My advice to customers is: if you cannot afford it, then don't bid on it. Watch it, dream about it, but don't buy it if it puts you in a bind. Trust me when I say another good buy will come along.
On the other hand when the economy is struggling such as it is, eBay has some good buys. If you can afford a bit of luxury, then this is the place to be. A little can buy alot! If a luxurious high-end handbag or cosmetic is what you deserve as reward for a tough work week - then go for it!
