To do this we knew we must offer competitive pricing, but we also knew low prices alone could not make our business superior. We were determined to combine honest and helpful dealings with outstanding service before, during, and after the sale. We understood that long term customer satisfaction depended on our ability to maintain a knowledgeable and courteous customer service staff assisted by the best support systems. And we decided on a way to describe our business. To end users we are a manufacturer and distributor of brand product that looks good and is easy to use. We pride ourselves in actually using the products we sell whenever they fit our needs. To manufacturers we are a distributor who truly understands about all the difficulties a manufacturer faces when placing product in America, Asia and Europe.

Shipping information
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.
International Shipping Policy: Delivery time to Canada and worldwide countries is just an estimated average delivery time frame and is NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local Post Mail System or Customs Agencies. However you can be assured that all international packages are being shipped out with all needed documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.
Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Return/Exchange Material Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted and refused. To obtain RMA number please complete Return Request Form or e-mail us at customerservice@covercase.com for further instructions.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange. There is a restocking fee for all returns.
