Business InformationHistory/background
I have been buying and selling on Ebay for ten years. I find that the most effective way to a successful transaction is COMMUNICATION!
Payment policy
I only accept Paypal.
Shipping information
I will usually only ship USPS priority mail with Delivery Confirmation unless the buyer wishes to pay for another shipping method. If the item plus packaging is less than 13 ounces, then it will be shipped USPS first class with Delivery Confirmation. I work at a subsidiary of the post office and I know how much it costs to ship items. I NEVER pad my shipping costs to recover fees. This is not only dishonest, it is against Ebay policy. I also NEVER buy from a seller who has inflated shipping charges no matter how much I want or need a particular item. I know it costs money to pack an item and to travel to the post office, but please do not charge me $18.00 to ship a t-shirt ;)
Return policy
I do not accept returns for the simple fact that they are time consuming and can be costly for the buyer and seller. I describe all my items very specifically and anyone can contact me with any questions at any time. The only one who benefits from customer returns is the post office.
Ebay & Paypal spoofs FYI
Ebay or Paypal will never ask for personal or financial information through an e-mail. NEVER, EVER enter this information, including your passwords, into a link in an e-mail you believe is from Ebay or Paypal. Always check your Ebay My Messages section if you receive an e-mail from Ebay as it should be there also. As for Paypal, only do transactions through their official website. If you are not sure, use the address bar to go to paypal.com and look at your account. You can dispute anything suspicious there. If you receive an invoice for an item that you KNOW you did not purchase, DO NOT click on any links in that e-mail, just delete or forward it. You can forward any suspicious e-mails or invoices to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com. It is also a good idea to change your passwords regularly.
