I have been selling on eBay for 4 years now and have well over 20 years of experience at various levels of the retail industry from selling to buying. What led me to eBay was a quest to find an out-of-print pattern book to make a Christening gown for my then unborn daughter. One thing led to another and I decided to turn my passion for acquiring unique crochet patterns into a full time business so that I could stay closer to my three children. The one thing that has always stayed constant throughout my career is the value I place on my customers and my commitment to their satisfaction.

I accept Paypal from all bidders. US bidders may also pay with the following INTERNATIONAL money orders: US Postal Money Order (Orange in Color), Western Union INTERNATIONAL Money Order, Money Gram INTERNATIONAL Money Order (Can be purchased at most Walmarts). I will also accept Canadian Money Orders, or checks drawn on Canadian Banks for the converted amount in CDN funds (please email for the correct amount).

You are never charged more than the actual costs directly involved in shipping your items out. Please see my about me page for a detailed recap of all the costs involved in shipping your package and see how it compares to the amount you actually pay. I make every effort to ship your items quickly and will usually do so within 2 business days of notification of cleared payment (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). A great deal of effort is put into packaging. All items are mailed using waterproof packaging materials and all envelopes are marked DO NOT BEND. Cardboard backing will also be included on oversized items unless you opt out on your invoice as I will give two shipping options if it costs more due to the extra weight. Please note that my items may take longer to arrive than domestic mail as they are coming from Canada and must clear customs. While most airmail shipments from Canada to the US arrive within 8-10 business days, please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to arrive.

Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction. If the wrong item was sent or if your item is significantly not as described, we will gladly refund your purchase in full. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on patterns for any other reason due to copyright laws. A return authorization number is required for all returns so please contact us prior to returning your item.

Because I am registered on eBay's Canadian site, it's actually easier for me to answer questions if you use the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link in any of my auctions, even if your question has nothing to do with the auction.

All patterns offered in my listings are originals and are not photocopies. It is against the law to sell, distribute or purchase copies of items that are protected under copyright. In compliance with the law and out of respect to the many dedicated and talented people that design and publish the patterns we all so dearly love, I have a strict NO PHOTOCOPY policy. Please feel free at any time to ask if I have another ORIGINAL. I will even try to help you source one if I do not, but would greatly appreciate not being asked to make photocopies.
