Hi,My online name is CRAFTYJOSKI - My real name is JoAnn.I have been dabbling in crafts for the past 20 years. I have 2 sons 9 & 13 and a wonderful husband of 17 yrs. Due to medical I am forced to try a make a go with a homebased business.

I mainly sell scrapbooking supplies and handmade items such as cards, page kit layouts, memory tins and boxes. I also sell special items from time to time when available to me.

I collect many things from coins, antiques, sports cards for the boys, to stuffies, scrapbooking and many more items. lol

Due to medical I am forced to try a make a go with a homebased business to keep some self esteem and feel like I am contributing to the family finances and not just a burden to them. I have made several personal memory boxes for people from all over Canada and the US and so enjoyed doing them. Each unique and one of kind just like the special person they are made for.

I pay via Paypal and prefer to be paid as well via Paypal. I will accept money orders negotiable in Canada or certified cheques.

I take pride in my items and want them to be received in the same fabulous shape they leave me so I do take care when packing and shipping my items out. I am very careful in giving the correct shipping as I have them all preweighed for different destinations prior to putting them on ebay. I HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT EVER CHARGE A HIGH HANDLING FEE AS I FEEL THAT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY AS A SELLER ON EBAY. With only a few exceptions due to the size of mail out, I generally send out Express Post which has a faster shipping time as well includes insurance on the item.

Depending on the listing, all items can be returned if they are defective. As I purchase them brand new in packages and just resell them to the customer I assume all is fine. To date I have not had any items returned to me. knock on wood lol I am pretty good at giving good detail in my listings on what you are bidding on, as well as photos, so I will not give a full refund for reasons such as,I just changed my mind. In that case you would be refunded the amount of the item, less shipping and handling fees(as I already paid that out to send to you) as well as 10% restocking fee to cover my listing fees for that item.
