over looked.
love these little crappie tubes. i use them more for trout but they really work. (also looking at them from a cost issue) they are a very cheap way to go compaired to other lures and flies. they are over looked by most fisherman.

great reel!
i love takota reels! they are well built with a great drag. (the new 500 and 600 design has a better salt water exterior and i am hoping shamano does the same to the 700 and 800s as well) but till then these are a great all around salt reel that is just a pleasure to fish. the 700 is a nice size for many fish such as silvers, kings, halbut and most salmon (here in alaska) i use the 800s for bigger halibut but the 700s are perfect for my kayak fishing! the line counter is perfect for keeping tack of line let out. i pair it up with a g loomis muskie rod (seven foot) and its a dream combo! i run 100 pound tuf-line on them with a 40 pound mono leader. (that way dont loose flashers and weights. (just the hooks if the leader breaks.) i have 6 of these reels and can highly recomend them.

their is only one choice....
i really like this thread, the denier is just right. (i used 140 and kept breaking it) and used some thicker but it was too thick. this thread is just right! there is also a lot on the spool so i can tie up just a bunch of stuff with just one spool. EXCELLENT STUFF! i can see why they call it FLYMASTER! from now on, i will buy no other thread.
