Took quite a while to arrive with UPS tracking info not updated beyond "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet" for over a week (gonna give seller benefit of doubt & lay that one on UPS). Seller not responsive to messages until Ebay stepped in on an "Item Not Received" query (disconcerting). All that being said the item, when it did arrive, was as described, packed well, and fully intact. Note this item uses metal clips to attach to rim rather than OEM-style plastic.
