I've been selling my handcrafted creations on my website, CreationsWithHeart.com since 2006 and I've been enjoying every minute of it! I love getting email from my customers where they tell me a little story about why this piece is so special to them or why they are giving it as a gift. It's so special to me and that's exactly why I love creating jewelry - to make you happy and make new memories!

All transactions are completed only through PayPal. Please pay for your item(s) within 3 days after the end of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the sale will have to be canceled and the item will be re-listed. Don't worry, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your regular credit card without a PayPal account. Once you make your purchase, PayPal will send you a notification e-mail of that purchase. I will combine shipping, but you need to notify me before purchasing. I will then send you a revised invoice with the correct shipping cost. I am only shipping in the United States at this time. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, usually sooner! Your items will be carefully placed in a pretty gift box. I will place multiple items in a single box if it fits properly. If you purchased something for a gift (other than a gift for yourself), contact me and I will be happy to use separate boxes, FREE! Cuff bracelets will be neatly wrapped in bubble wrap for safety. I will put your gift box in a bubble mailer to insure the box and the treasures inside, get to you safely! You can be sure that care is taken when packaging your creations!

I'm sorry, but for health concerns, earrings cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of a necklace or bracelet, please return it within 7 days in it's original jewelry box and shipping container. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be given back to your PayPal account. Shipping cannot be refunded. Please contact me before you return the package so we have a complete understanding and so I know it's on its way. In the unlikely event an item was damaged in shipping, you have 7 business days after the item is shipped, to report the damage. If this is the case, please contact us for instructions on returning your item for repair. Thank you!

I do my best in describing each piece of jewelry to detail so you know exactly what you'll be getting. I like to have multiple images at different angles for you to see also. As with all computers, the colors may be a bit different but not that much. That's why I like detailed descriptions! If you have any questions about the item you are interested in or are going to bid on, please email me first/before you bid so we can make it clear.
