Exceptional seller. Prompt responses, fast shipping, item EXACTLY as described. I am very pleased with the entire purchasing process with the seller. However, I was minorly disgruntled when I opened the large package to an enormous amount of "packing peanuts". I do not know much about shipping live plants, or the logistics of providing protection for the plant during shipping. It may be the case that packing peanuts are the best solution for safe shipping. Overall, amazing buying experience.
