I am new to Ebay. I believe customer service is #1. I believe that once a customer makes a payment I need to ship the item as quickly as possible.
Payment policy
Paypal within 3 days of auction ending. I will also take money orders but I must receive it before I ship the item.
Shipping information
I usually ship by USPS with Signature confirmation required. Only larger items I will ship UPS.
Return policy
I do not have a return policy at this moment since I'm selling personal items from my home.
