The shoes are new & arrived in bubble wrap & then in newspapers to prevent damage! Kudos. Seller then wrapped the shoe box in brown paper. My issue lies in the fact the seller did not note in the description the shoe has a gouge in the leather. After I received it I looked at the photos & did find the damage. The defect to price seems reasonable & I do not plan to ask for a refund. Had I known I may have negotiated more for a lower price. Caveat emptor.
