Airpods stopped working shortly after We received them, I took them to the apple store as they were supposibly having applecare+ and were "brand new". The agent ran some tests on them at the store and determined that they had multiple attempts at repair and that they were counterfeit and the applecare warranty was not valid. This is an attempt at selling a counterfiet item as a new pair of genuine apple airpods pro 2nd edition. The seller was supposed to refund but no refund came
