we first started using the post office, big mistake, lost packages, slow service...we used UPS. Now we are using FedEx as a main shipper...

because we sell things so cheap, all Sales are Final. If item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 5 business days. Exchange will be made upon return tracking number and inspection of returned product. Because these listings are so cheap, if the item is received and is no longer desired we will NOT pay for return shipping. All shipping is at buyer's expense. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee deducted. If there has been shipping damages please email us pictures of the damage and we will file a insurance claim. thank you
