Great seller, had an issue where the battery was slightly to big due to the placement of the rear shock absorber on my bike (as the bike has full suspension) the seller was completely understanding and offered a full refund if I sent the item back as new and unused. I sent the return and received the refund no problem. One tip is to use ups standard (ie not air) to ship the lithium battery back. Other shippers like Evri and royal mail refused to take it. The seller was patient and very courteous
