I usually do Priority Mail with USPS or what ever UPS has to offer in Ground Service.
Return policy
I don't do returns, not a big fan of getting in the hassle. I make sure my items are in perfect condition before they leave, and are exactly as described in the description. That is my counter-attack against returns.
