I studied the art of reborning, and continue to update my knowledge under the wonderful guidance of Ruth Annette and Angel of Simply Reborn. I put my heart into my work and strive to create the most lifelike reborn babies I can. I have been in the world of business my entire life practically, and have a history of caring for my customers concerns. I use Genesis paints when creating my babies for a lifelike look and lasting color that won't fade. I use hypo-allergenic stuffing and fine glass beads for weighting. I have never, and will never use sand or any other foreign substance in my babies, so Customs is not a problem. I offer a generous layaway plan for purchases of $150 or more and ask only that my International buyers please educate themselves on their county's custom charges. I accomodate custom orders. I require insurance on all purchases to protect my buyer and myself, and include this in the stated shipping charge. I do not charge taxes or a handling fee.

I accept and prefer Pay Pal, but within the USA, I will accept personal checks with 7-10 day clearance period from those with +10 feedback and no negs for non-payment, and money orders. All International buyers must use Pay Pal direct bank transfer.

I ship via USPS unless otherwise requested, and any adjustments in cost for this accomodation is the responsibility of the buyer. All items are shipped with mandatory insurance which is included in the stated shipping charge on each auction.

7 day return policy with 3 day notification of your intent. Returns are to be made ONLY in the case of extreme misrepresentation. Otherwise, all sales are final. Reimbursement would include full refund minus relisting fees provided the item is returned in the same exact condition it left my business in.

Payment is expected promptly for each auction. If payment is not received with 5 working days of the end of an auction, it will be reported to Ebay and Pay Pal and negative feedback given. The item will be relisted at this time. Abusive buyers/sellers will not be dealt with directly. If all attempts to deal with a buyer in a mutually respectable and professional manner fail, the situation will be immediately turned over to Ebay. Absolutely no threats or seeking of personal information will be tolerated, but will be turned over to Ebay for investigation.
