The good, Number kits are great, price was average based on other brands. Shipping was alright. Now for the bad, the shipping was SLOW based on what the seller advertised times. order on 25 Feb recieved on 19 Mar. Seller claims shipping in 2 business days, creating a ship label and shipped are not the same thing, they claim 27 Feb ship this is false, there needs to be a correction in their description related to shipping time. If you need this in a hurry order a month in advance.

Seller went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. My main issue was really with ups and my package being lost, very frustrating trying to get anywhere with ups. Seamstress claimed material was horrible but upon picking up my finished uniform it looks really great and I m very satisfied with the quality of the product and material. Thank you for your time.

We have experience of lost package with most carries such as USPS, DHL, etc, but UPS is the best reliable carrier company among them. We use tackle twill from Stahls for all our number kit material. Stahls is the tackle twill supplier to Adidas, Nike and Majestic. This is the first time we got a complaint of our number kit material in our 14 years business.

The sellers are very busy, so be patient. I would and have bought from the seller again. Because my kit a was running late, the sellers gave me a full refund. I didn’t ask for this since I still wanted the sellers product. They gave me the kit and refund anyway. I tried to make it up with another purchase. Combined ship.
