Since 2006, we have been one of eBay's largest sellers of personalized game saves. Our most popular items are our deluxe Pokémon personalization packages. Customers can personalize their trainer cards and storage box Pokémon to appear exactly as they want them. We then import the personalized game data onto genuine game carts for shipment to our customers.

Our preferred payment method is PayPal, which enables you to send payments funded with your bank account or credit card. Starting in 2009, we will no longer be able to accept check and money orders due to eBay's new policies.

We process all orders within one business day (Monday through Saturday.) Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Tracking information for your order can be found by going to your Order Details page. During the holiday season, some packages may take a little longer than usual due to congestion. Please keep this in mind when choosing a shipping service.

All of our products come with a 90-day warranty. Our customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange on all defective items. If you suspect that your game is defective, please contact us first. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem(s) via e-mail, and then provide return instructions if necessary.
