We pack all of our items extremely well using polystyrene packaging, bubble wrap, bubble lined jiffy bags, cardboard boxes - and sometimes save the environment by reusing! All of our primary stock is sent in new jiffy bags. Our standard packaging service is Royal Mail 2nd Class (1-3 business days normally) becuase it is best value for money. 1st Class options (1-2 business days normally) is always offered at a discount rate!

Anything faulty is returned as well as incorrect items. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it back in the same condition, unused but fees such as postage, packaging and listing may occour when we send you a refund.
