My journey here at eBay began over 5 years ago when I mentioned to a friend that I didn’t know what I was going to do with my time when my daughter Emma started preschool. Knowing my passion for beautiful children’s clothing and my never-failing ability to find a bargain (thank you for teaching me Mom!), she suggested eBay~so here I am! As a former customer service representative, I have found that providing top notch customer service will always encourage a large base of repeat customers and that is my main goal. I take great pride in the fact that I am an honest seller and put EXCELLENT customer service on the top of my list of priorities! I treat each of my customers with lots of TLC, just as I like to be treated when doing business with someone.

Most of my auctions are set up for PayPal only, a very trusted and secure payment method.

I usually ship 3 days per week, generally Monday, Wednesday and Friday although if you have a special shipping need please bring it to my attention and I will be glad to try to accommodate you. Insurance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Please understand, if you do not choose the optional insurance, I cannot be responsible for a package once it is shipped. Have yet to see a package lost in the 5 years I have been selling on eBay! I'm happy to help you save on shipping on multiple purchases. Usually $2 for each additional item won. I normally ship to US addresses only but will occasional ship internationally. Email me for an out of country shipping quote.

I will do everything in my power to ensure your satisfaction. In the event that your package arrives and you feel that the item was somehow misrepresented or inaccurate, please allow me the courtesy to fix the problem before posting negative feedback. Positive feedback is very important to me. I try to live by the Golden Rule by treating everyone in the same way I would like to be treated, with honesty and fairness. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your item and I will gladly arrange to issue you a refund of the bid price of the item once the item is returned to me.
