I buy all my new plants stock ONLY from LICENCED nurserys, I do not support illegal backyard growers that ship plants without the correct inspections and licences

I have 20 years experiance , in the area of ponds and pond care, we have 5 ponds totalling over 200,000 gallons of water. We DO NOT support unlicened nurserys, for me to buy a plant from you you must prove that you are licenced, this is REQUIRED of me by the STATE of California, I can not risk the health of my plant stock, by getting infected plants.

Shipping information
We ship all out products as soon as possible, many times within 24hrs, many times the same day as ordered. Things do come up unexpectedly that one has to deal with at times, We solve our own shipping issues and do not wait for someone else to reslove claims. In 5 years we have had 2 occurances of issues and they were the fault of the carrier. We still resolved them ourselves.
Return policy
Plants are not returnable , and the Barley balls are not returnable. We have never had a issue that would require a return.

I support this org. They provide a much needed service to kids. They also use 100% of donations for the kids, the other expences like staff, or office related are paid out of the Board Members personal pockets .
