Shipping information
I usually use the Post Office unless it's quite heavy, then I'll use UPS. Most of my listings end at night, so if payment is made by the next day by 2:00pm est, 99% of the time, It'll ship that day.
Return policy
Unfortunately, I don't do returns because let's face it - I am not a store with high volume, and between the fees of eBay and PayPal, I'd go broke giving refunds - Sorry! :( I think of eBay as an online Flea Market; there's good stuff, there's crappy stuff, sometimes you get great deals, but you buy at your own risk. That might sound harsh but that's how I feel.
