Box was open with no packing not securely taped or packaged. Ring gear bolts were missing which normally come with Auburn units (we have plenty to cover that ) the additive made it. My delivery guy said they had to tape it back up for us. So YES, it was a low price good deal ... but seller needs to work on securing packages better. Thank you, JD Race

I ordered an expensive buoy that had the description no wake zone on it. When it arrived I noticed it was blank. I contacted the seller and they said that is the way it comes.
