As Founder and President of Cymbals & Snares I have an entrepeneurial fire that has burned inside of me since I was 5 yrs old. I sold creepy crawlers. Next I had a Drink stand in front of my house. I have owned/operated a garage door business, a Vending Machine Business, A Nutritional drink company and a Cookie and Cake business. I absolutely love Doing my own thing. The Decsion to open and operate a Internet percussion business was a natural marriage of the two great passions of my life. Playing Drums and running my own business. What makes Cymbals & Snares different from all the other internet drum shops is our mission statement. To promote and specialize in the sale of smaller, up and comming & new companies. Who's products are equal to or exceed that of the well known and established name brands, very often at a substantial cost saving to the consumer. And to establish and promote life long relationship's with drummers and to fulfill those needs by stocking the products they need.

Currently Cymbals & Snares Uses paypal as our Primary source of payment. This allows the consumer to use any major credit, Debit , bankcard or bank account ( including electronic checks) to purchase products of their choice from Cymbals & Snares. It also streamlines our operations in having to deal with one company instead of many.

Currently Cymbals & Snares uses the US post office exclusively for oversea's purchases. For Domestic purchases at the discretion of the company or by customer request we us both the US post office and Federal express.

At this time we only accept returns for defective merchandise, within 7 days of delivery.

In our effort to develop a Drum company that does more than just sells drums and cymbals. We maintain several interactive sites were our customers and the company and customers and customers can intereact. They include a myspace page along with a blogger, facebook and twitter site. Sometime early in 2010 Cymbals & Snares will launch our own proprietary website. Don't worry that will not effect our Ebay site at all. It will contain the same items for sale as our Ebay store, but also included a more indepth non commercial area's. This will include a drummers forum, Video lessons, a customer picture board quick links to the aformentioned sites and links to the manufactures of the products Cymbals & Snares carries.

Cymbals & Snares currently employ's conventional types of advertising ON Ebay itself depending on the item we may choose to include a subtitle or a highlighted listing or a listing in bold. Or any or all of these options as we see appropriate for the individual listing. We also use search engine sponcered adds. We are currently running several adword campaigns. But we know the absolutely best way to promote a product or sight is by word of mouth. Drummers talking to Drummers. That's why in January 2010 Cymbals& Snares will launch it's wolfpacks campaign. In order to be a member of a Wolfpack you must first purchase an item from Cymbals & Snares. Once you do this you will be asked if you'd like to be a member of a wolfpack. Wolfpack members primary mission is to spread the word about our company and it's products. You will be sent a T-shirt and personalized buisness cards. Every purchase generated by someone who uses your cards you get.closer togetting free merchadise.
