Item description showed "New", however when I received it, it was not in the box. It was wrapped well, but not in the original box. I called, they directed me back to the description, and while it said "new" twice in the info, at the very bottom of the page it did say "no box". I expect a new item to be in the box, but apparently this company doesn't do it that way??? While I wanted to return it, it is a retired piece. I wanted the box because it's a gift. Won't buy anything else from there.

I commend this vendor. Item arrived as described, in perfect shape and shipped as promised. I saw this same kit on eBay from other sellers and they all had it priced higher than this one and added on expensive shipping costs. Some had it listed outrageously! I'm a papermaker and I will definitely use this vendor again if they list papermaking supplies.
