I never received the minutes from the phone card I purchased from this seller. The company did not reapond to my messages and ebay told ne that this purchase is not covered by the buyer protection plan. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.

This buyer purchased a service pin on 11/9 and we refill her account on the spot. She made a claim on 12/9 saying never receive the service. This buyer obviously tried to get a free service, otherwise why wait for a month later to make a claim. She didn't say anything when she was using the service for the entire month.
