I leave Positive Feedback when meritted. If I should ever leave less than Positive, the transaction resulted Negative from Seller. As a Buyer, I can't be responsible for the lack of integrity on the Seller's part whether it be the item was not as described (misrepresentation) or item shipped in less than adequate shipping
pkging, manufacturer's content pkging does NOT constitute SHIPPING pkging, a simple letter envelope is not pkging material. In these cases, there's only ONE opportunity for a Seller to get it right, and that's from the start. A Buyer is NOT interested in having to invest time & funds in reshipping. A Buyer, not a Seller, is already paying for s/h when committing to the bid. The Seller has the obligation to present the items as are & to ensure item is shipped correctly. The obligation of the Buyer is to ensure prompt payment.
For cases where it's the manufacture's error, it's NOT the Seller's fault but should work to help correct it. That's just GOOD business!!!!!
