Selling Welsh books started out as a hobby for me about a dozen years ago. I was taking a class at U of Wales, Aberystwyth, in '94.While there, I met the people at the Welsh Books Council. They are a clearing house for Welsh publishers and books of Welsh interest. Nearly all the Welsh related books under one roof. I think I sold $50 worth of books that first year. I began selling at Welsh events,gradually expanding inventory, and adding various other gift items and have started to branch out gradually into other Celtic areas. Several summers we have set up our store for the Cymdeithas Madog's Cwrs Cymraeg - a week long Welsh Language Course on a different university campus each year. My wife & I have recently moved to Wisconsin and to semi-retirement. I have just started setting up the eBay store. Little by little I will be adding new items. Legend (and quite a bit of evidence) has it that Prince Madoc sailed from Wales in 1171 and landed on the North American continent near present day Mobile Alabama. It's an interesting story, and it may be true. If you have any good evidence supporting this, please let me know.
