My Motto as an EBay Seller...
I personally think that people who sell items on EBay should treat potential buyers with courtesy and respect. After all, if you owned a business and a customer come in just to look around, and you were rude or disrespectful to that customer, then most likely they would leave (and probably wouldn't come back) without buying anything. So, when a potential buyer asks me a question or requests more information about an item I am selling, I am going to be kind and provide that person with excellent service. For the most part everyone I have dealt with when I am interested in an item has provided me with great customer service. However, there has been a few sellers who do not respond to my questions or when they do they are very rude about it. And because of their poor customer service I refused to buy their product.

History/background
I sold my first item on eBay in 2007 and ever since then I have become hooked. For me, the most important thing a seller needs in order to have a good business is, to have excellent customer service.

Payment policy
I ONLY except PayPal, Money Orders, or Cashiers Checks. PLEASE no personal checks!!!

Shipping information
I will ship using the cheapest shipping method, unless the buyer prefers to have the item shipped with a certain shipping service.

Return policy
All sales are final. However, if there is a mistake made on my part, then I will work with the buyer to resolve the issue.
