We started out as a Property Management Company and still maintain that. We have added to our business eBay, Vending Machines and Craft Sales. Now we help maintain and care for The East Quogue United Methodist Church and help by donating our time and efforts by selling on eBay, things donated from it's members & the community.

We accept PayPal, Money Orders from the United States Only. NO checks ever accepted. Payment is expected within 7 days of end of auction or a strike is made against you and the item is relisted. You will be banned from purchasing from Sister Listers again.

We ship by Priority Mail or Global Express. Shipping of all items are done on the next business day after we receive payment. We allow pick-ups at our business if that is the buyers preference. Do NOT ask for a reduced rate! We only use the Shipping calculator in our auctions and if we CAN use Flat-Rate, we will list it in the descriptions. We do NOT overcharge and if the United States Postal Office quotes you a price - ACCEPT IT. If you think you can get Postage cheaper any other way, please feel free to prepay for a Postage Label, mail it to us and we will affix it to your package.

We will give Money back if item was completely wrong as far as descriptions. We urge for BUYER to purchase Postal Insurance because it's not fair to cover shipping damages when we take much time and thought into packing everything we sell with great care. If an Item came broken but not due to shipping or packing, we will gladly exchange it if we have one available, if not we return the payment once we receive the item back - or a photo of the broken item. In an exchange, the BUYER pays to return the item and SISTER LISTER’S will pay for shipping back to them. With a Money back refund, we will pay for the exact cost of the item at end of auction excluding shipping. A check will be mailed to you or we can issue a credit to your PayPal account.

Office Hours - 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. NO Holidays If it's necessary to reach us about an item you recently purchased PLEASE send us a message through eBay. We monitor that many times on a 24 hour basis all weekend long also.
