I ordered an item on Sept 6th. On Sept 14 I contacted the seller since I didn't receive it and it didn't show as shipped. I was told they didn't see my order and they canceled it. I told them I would still like the item. They refused to ship it saying it wasn't prepared for shipping. They also did not provide a refund. I had to open up a case with ebay. Beware of this seller. Very poor experience.
