Each guitar, which arrives at our supplier with minor cosmetic or electronic quality issues, is inspected and completely repaired by certified luthiers and technicians. If there are any remaining visible repairs, they will be disclosed in our listings and fully photographed. We do not sell any instruments that have had a history of structural defects. We ship all of our guitars via UPS at a standard flat rate of $39. This includes insurance and double boxing. Accessories and pickups are generally shipped free, unless otherwise specified, and are sent USPS Priority Mail and are insured for their purchase value. Our standard policy, unless otherwise stated, is to ship within 1 business day of your confirmed payment.
