Shipping information
I try to charge as close to the exact cost of shipping as possible (an inexact science, but I try). In my defense, I did spend 3.5 years on the docks at UPS and two peak seasons with the US Postal Service (Thanksgiving thru Xmas). My packaging skills are second to none! I must add that I can not be held responsible for changes in shipping fees. Occasionally I am given an estimate that is incorrect, and when I return to the shipper, I'm charged another amount. In these instances I must insist that the buyer pay any added & unforeseen shipping charges that result from the mistakes made be third parties (the US Postal Service and/or UPS). Again, I can not be expected to pay out of pocket $170 in shipping charges when the UPS clerk originally quoted me $40 BEFORE the auction ended. In these instances I will allow the buyer to bow out of the sale if he/she chooses not to pay the actual shipping costs without negative consequence. Thanks for being understanding in these matters.
Return policy
Sorry, not at this time. Right now, in what I deal with, I don't feel I need a return policy because I don't sell things people would return. If it's that messed up, it goes in the trash. I'm not that guy who's trying to make a buck off that one torn up shoe he found in the road in hopes that you might have the match. I do try my very best to accurately describe everything I sell to the very best of my ability. I think my feedback speaks for itself.
