I have been rebuilding tools since I could pick up a screwdriver. My father and I worked together for many years, I have been doing this myself as a hobby and then secondary income for about 20 years now.

Payment policy
I prefer Paypal. It is the simplest for all parties.

Shipping information
I prefer UPS and you never pay anything different than what I pay. I don't make money on freight.

Return policy
If there is an issue with a tool, you ship it back, I fix and return it freight pre-paid. I have never had to do this yet...
