I am a pet free home, but I do have a smoker in the home. I store my items in airtight containers to reduce the exposure to the smoke, but people who are hyper-synsitive to smoke may not want to bid on my items!! Also, because my items come from many different sources as do most sellers, I cannot say with any degree of certainty that the previous owner did or did not have pets or smokers in the home. I do launder all previously owned items though.

I only accept paypal

I ship most small and single items usps First class or Priority mail, but my big packages and lots, I ship via ups. They are so much faster than parcel post which can take up to 15 days where ups is 2-7 days for ground.

Nothing is ever set in stone!! I say no returns but if I make a mistake or miss a spot on something, I will sooo refund for you!! If you fail to read the ad and item details and description and do not ask questions that are important to you before you bid, then I am sorry, but that is your mistake and I will not be able to refund. I just want you to be happy with the purchase so be sure to read the whole ad, includuing the boring details and please dont hesitate to ask as many questions as needed.
