As I've already said, my responsibilities lie with my family today. I work outside of the home as a hair stylist part time while my daughter is in school. I began selling on EBAY to help with financial obligations around the house and to allow us to have some extra family time away from the house. As it turns out, because of the items that I've purchased on Ebay, I very rarely see a profit from my venture.
Payment policy
I prefer paypal because of the efficiency, but WOW! I still haven't figured out how to figure in their fees. OUCH!
Shipping information
I will ship the least expensive way unless it is requested that I ship Priority. This has to be disclosed to me before payment is made, so that I can make the adjustment in the invoice. I ship approximately four times a week unless I am out of town which is rare. I will notify you of any delays. I have not had too many worries in the shipping department. On the rare occasion that something irregular should happen in shipment of your item, I would appreciate an email describing your concern so that I may rectify it in any way I can. I don't get angry, I don't get mean over things that may have an easy solution. I don't take things personally, so please don't attack on the approach. I have had those experiences with other sellers and I have no intention of ruining your day as they had mine.
Return policy
I have to say that I try to represent all my items as honestly and clearly as I possibly can and I have very low starting prices in most cases, therefore I do not accept returns unless you feel that I have grossly misrepresented the item. I cannot be held responsible for damage caused in shipping, unless of course the negligence fell on me due to the method of packaging. Please read descriptions and details carefully before bidding for maximum enjoyment and satisfaction.

PLEASE! Before leaving a negative feedback,try contacting me first with your worry or complaint. Chances are very good that you will be happy with the results. I have had mostly great experiences buying and selling in the Ebay community, but there have been a few people that have made me question whether I want to continue on. I have encountered some very demeaning, defensive, corrosive, people. I have worked hard in my life to eliminate negative and draining energies. Fortunately, I have encountered mostly wonderful, friendly people in this community that keep me going and remind why I'm here in the first place..Thank you to those of you.
