Camera was falsely advertised as "New" but it was not, it was clearly used. Had over 800 shutter activations, a dead Wasabi aftermarket battery instead of a new Sony battery, plus was missing stuff that always comes in the box with a new camera. Very poor communication, in fact none at first after problem was identified. Had to enlist AmEx to effect credit and then there was an eventual return of the camera to seller.
