I feel I must explain my user name. I had a girl roomate help me set my site up. most of the danny names were taken so SHE put in dannyspickle. My wife's puppy's name is Dilly I call her Pickle ergo dannyspickle. the Pic is danny and his pickle.

Sci-fi, horror, and fantasy books and related stuff such as Movies, toys, audio books comics, pretty much anything I find having to do with the sci-fi horror and fantasy genre.

My personal collection of Sci-fi Horror and fanasy now stands at more than 4, 000 books. And I am now in the process of listing the Sci-Fi and fantasy books as I just don'tseem to enjoy it as much anymore and am now concentrating on Horror and Dark Mystery. I still do collect Sci-Fi and horror Pulp magazines. I love the covers they become my Wallpaper. much to my wife's chagrin. I also collect 50's and early 60's Sci-fi and Horror b- movies. especially the ones I saw as a kid at the theaters or drive-ins. When dvd's came out I rushed out and bought a Lazer disc player cause folks were getting rid of them cheap. and you really don't want to pay full dvd prices for something like Queen of outer Space, with Zsa Zsa Gabor a classic in our time. and a lot of these films don't really have a lot of extra's. and when I can usually find Lazers for 3-5 dollars it's much groovier. Plus I like the larger size of the cover art. it's like album cover art. and also makes nice wallpaper.

write and play music. also like to act. Plays or the occasional film role in a buddies films. check out Superbman, the other movie.

all of Edgar Rice Buirroughs, H. P. Lovecraft and other Arkham House publications. Robert E. Howard. Issac Asimov, for a while Dean Koontz was my fav. even got to meet him when the steel company I work for was putting the rebar in his House. Got alot of books signed. but now I am really liking F. Paul Wilson. Repairman Jack is great. As is his medical thrillers. I also have been reading all the supernatural detective series. written by Laurell Hamilton Nancy Collins Tanya Huff Charlaine Harris The Dresdan Files and am just strating the Simon Green's Nightside series.

Being a baby boomer I have tons.from the films of Cary Grant, Hepburn and Tracey, Deanna Durbin, and of course The Universal horror classics as well as Noir and the b-movies of the fifties. I love visible strings attached to the legs of a giant spider. The Brain from Planet Arous. Godzilla and Friends Ray Harryhausen films and thegorier ones from the 80's to present. as well as the romantic comedies of Meg ryan, Hugh Grant, Julia Roberts and stuff like that there. and lately the Japanese have been putting out some great Horror films Ju-on (the Grudge) and the ringu series (the Ring) and others. can't forget the Samurai films of Kurasawa. and Concert Films

My 6th grade thru high school years were the Beatle years ('63-70) I laso loved most of the other British invasion bands. but I also liked our r&r legends. Elvis' Girls Girls Girls was the first album I bought with my own money. Chuck Berry Litle richard, Bo Didley and Fats Domino. and B.B. King.Loved all the bands that included Eric Clapton. as well as Pink Floyd, Tangerine Dream The Other Elvis.(costello) Cream, and Frank Zappa. Also a lot of comedy stuff The Firesign Theater, Stan Freberg, And the music of Martin Mull. he had about six or seven albums of really fun stuff that were really subtle and sick.

DR. WHO!!! Coupling, Fawlty Towers, Get Smart the original Outer Limits. Buffy, The Vampire Slayer.as well as other b.b.c shows love the dry english humor.
