Been Buying, fixing, and selling laptops for about a year or two now. I know the ways of the ebay and paypal. I know how to create good looking ads and how to make money leaving the customer satisfied. Customer Satisfaction is my #1 Priority. This Year I will be taking an A+ Computer Certification course to authenticate my computer knowledge.

I prefer Bidpay and Paypal though through paypal I only accept Payments from accounts with a confirmed shipping address. I have been scammed via unconfirmed address in the past and it will not happen again.

I try to ship next day which in my opinion should be the regular. Anybody whether they work or not should be able to take time out of his or her day to ship the item. It's common coutersy in my opinion to ship next day. I mean you pay quickly so you expect the item shipped out quickly. I once had to wait two weeks to recieve an item and that pissed me off and I refuse to do that to any of my customers. I also ship via fast services not Parcel Post or any cheap junk, I either ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Both vey reputable shipping carriers who will get the item to anywhere in the US within a few days.

I will almost always list items with atleast a 7 day warranty against DOA. Sometimes I will list items with satisfaction guarenteed warranty. If I do on a rare occasion list them as is than the computers are probably in bad shape. I always right down serial #'s and take good pictures to prevent fraudelent returns.
