I start selling on ebay a year ago. However, I have been in the resale business for over 15 years. I owned 4 different businesses in 3 different states. Currently I have a local resale shop, and buy / sell stuff on eBay to keep my inventory fresh. I have only had one negative feedback since I have been here on eBay which came from a buyer who got mad after I placed an unpaid item dispute against him. (This negative feedback stinks, because the unpaying buyer was able to give me a negative feedback for an item I was never paid for. I hate this negative feedback more because eBay has proof that the buyer refused to pay for the item; however, eBay still refuses to remove it.)
Payment policy
PAY-PAL, Postal Money Orders, or trades on some items. Too bad eBay does not show this on my listings. Trades must be received and accepted before your item is sent to you.
Shipping information
All Shipping information is calculated. I do ship worldwide. However, buyer is responsible for any tariffs that may be added to the final bid to get package through customs.
I love to ship to ship to other countries, so do not be shy to bid on any of my items. Even if they do not have the international shipping information. Just remember you are responsible for worldwide shipping.
Return policy
Most of my return policies state items must be returned within 7 days; however, I am flexible in certain situations. If you receive a bad DVD for example and you ordered over 100 of them, I will give you the extra time needed to check out the DVD; however, there are programs on the internet that allows you to copy DVDs, so I do not give an exagerrated timeframe.
Buyer is responsible for the postage involved in returning the item, and I recommend insuring your return, so you know that either way you will either get a replacement or your money back.
