Authorized Elk Products Reseller. Please go to Elk Products Website under retail resellers in New York. We drop ship Elk Products from NY (3 locations), North Carolina, or Texas depending on your location and inventory at the warehouses.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards through Paypal.

We ship 85% of our orders within 1 business day. At times of peak volume items can be back ordered but we really try and not let that happen.

We have a 30 day return policy. You may return any item as long as it is undamaged (item may be resold as an open box not as a new product but usually is returned to the mfg.). Beyond the 30 days if you have a problem WE WILL HELP YOU with any warranty claims. Be careful of other sellers who sell the same products as Final Sale or exchange only. We are an authorized Elk Products Reseller so the full mfg warranty applies. You are spending your hard earned money. Make sure that you buy from someone (anyone) that accepts returns to protect yourself.
