I am an engineering professional (associate degree from 1988 and 20 years of experience) and a bachelors business management degree from 2003 (tough going back to college but I did it with the help of where I work (Delphi) and my family.

I spend most of my time with the my two boys (3 and 9 as of 2007) but I also enjoy movies, Sci-fi TV, computer games and working on my classic cars (which is rare since my boys are not old enough to help yet on the cars).

I haven't read an adult book in years. It seems like all I read now are kids books for my 3 & 9 year old boys. Lots of books about Dogs Farting and Animals Typing or basic books about colors, shapes and pictures of animals or talking animals. Of course, I like the classics like War and Peace and I read a lot in college with one my favorites being Citizen Soldiers.

Patton, A Fist Full of Dollars, The Good The Bad The Ugly, Stargate, Star Wars (all of them), Just about anything Sci-fi.

Alternative Rock, Classic Rock, Some Pop and Dance Music.

Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, Heroes, Star Trek (all of them), Just about anything Sci-fi.

My wife does not like Garage Sales or Yard Sales so eBay is the next best method of selling stuff around the house that I no longer need. Of course, it is also the best way to buy things that I need or want when I know what I want. I rarely browse eBay since I usually only look for specific items I have seen advertised or need to repair something. Most often my only form of browsing is finding accessories for an already purchased product or looking at someones store if I am buying something from them as in, potentially combined shipping.

PayPal is my preferred payment method for everything (buying and selling).

I always prefer the buyer to use the shipping calculator and I always us USPS (United States Postal Service). It is convenient for me due to my small town post office and there is no issue about them going anywhere in the United States (I do not usually ship outside of the US).

I have refunded money to buyers when a product did not function properly for them but I require them to ship the product back to me for review. In one case, they shipped the product back and I fixed the issue and shipped it back to them. They were happy to get a functioning product. In another case the buyer just wanted money back after they shipped the product to me so I obliged them.

I prefer to be contacted through eBay but I will give my AOL address when necessary. We usually let the answering machine pickup the phone since we screen calls due to telemarketers even though we are on the no call list.
