The Catholic path of yoga (union with God).
1 of 2 found this helpful I practice meditation and it is often hard to find persons to converse with regarding inner experiences, as they are so unusual, and not subject to objective proof. In this book I found a friend I could listen to, one who travelled much farther on this path than I have, who threw light on the trail. Her style of writing is conversational, and it seems as fresh today as when written in the 1560's and 70's.
