I have been making and creating my products for about 5 years now and selling them on eBay since April of 2008. I only sell products that I am truly proud of and have tried and tested on myself and family members. I stand by all of my items with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! You're paying for something and my philosophy is you should be delighted with it---especially in today's tough economic times when your hard earned dollar means more than anything!

Payment policy
I only accept Paypal since it is the fastest, safest, and easiest way to pay.

Shipping information
I ship everyday of the week except Sundays since the PO is closed. Normally your items will be shipped the same day CLEARED payment is received or first thing the next morning if after PO hours or if I'm at work when your order is placed. Depending on what your order entails, it may take a day or two for me to make it---all of my products are made fresh when you order them. Also, I never charge a handling fee on any of my items. The only thing you pay is actual shipping costs plus occasionally the price of packing materials. Most of the time, I don't even charge for shipping supplies!

Return policy
I cannot accept returns on my handmade products. Would you want something that was opened and tested by someone else and then returned to me? Obviously not, so I can't reuse any products. Why make you spend the money returning it to me just so I can throw it away? If you're not satisfied with my products for any reason, PLEASE let me know right away and I promise you we can make ammends to any situation!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this seller. I ordered Nag Champa after having little luck finding something that smelled just like the incense I burn. My search was over when I found Dayle. It's IDENTICAL in scent and everyone in my office RAVES about it. The body lotion is amazing as well. So soft and silky. I will definitely be a repeat buyer!!

Oh and one more thing.....or two..lol, The Goats Milk and Honey Cream is the BOMB! It's just as you described it to me...and more! I, too have very sensitive skin, and it seems to absorb, nourish and condition it very well with this product. Thank you for making such a product, without being too oily or heavy for my type skin. The Foaming Scubs are...OUT OF CONTROL. In the best sense of this phrase of course. I've taken my nightly shower early just so I could try them both - I was so excited; and Oh My Goodness, I truly feel like a spring chicky again....lol. Dayle, What more can I say about you, but....you are FABULOUS! Your products are FABULOUS! I totally concur with everything that the past guests have said about you and your products, but I would like to add something original, because of course we all are so in love with your products, but I have to say that you have captured me and taken me away from my Carol's Daughters addiction. Dayle's Body Scents are my new addictions! Girl, you belong in that seat right next to Oprah! Oprah needs to hear about you and your phenomenal products and your wonderful personality!
