All items are shipped from our warehouse in California and are shipped by UPS Ground.

All items are brand new, still in box unless otherwise stated. If your item is damaged in transit please let us know by email within 3 business days of recieving your item. We will send you all the information needed to have your item replaced or your money refunded. Non-Defective items must be returned via the United States Postal Service and post-marked within 5 days of delivery at your expence. All shipping fees are non-refundable. No Exceptions.
