I've been selling on eBay for going on 8 years now. I have over 2000 transactions, and 99.7% of them were positive. The only negatives I have gotten were revenge from dishonest sellers.

Payment policy
I accept and PREFER PayPal, but will also accept POSTAL Money Orders, and Cashier's checks. I also accept Google checkout.

Shipping information
At this time, I only ship to the lower 48 states. I am studying shipping internationally, but that is a DEEP pit if you fall into it....

Return policy
Generally I accept returns for shipping damage. Most of what I sell is BRAND NEW, and most shrink wrapped. In the case of shipping damage, I offer a 100% refund.
