Shipping is based upon the price for shipping via Unnited States Postal Service Priority Mail. I use their Flat Rate packaging, so as to keep costs reasonable. Each day, I check your package in it's transit, so as to make sure that it is getting to you quickly. If I see that the USPS web site indicates a delay in getting the package to you, I immediately investigate this matter, and notify you of the progress. Free shipping is offered to repeat buyers, as a way of thanking you for your continued business.
