Payment policy
We prefer payment via Paypal within 72 hours/3 days of auctions end. Paypal is the safest and easiest way for you to pay with your credit card. Our Buy It Now items require immediate payment. If you have a problem paying within the required time please contact us. We are reasonable people just like you.
Shipping information
We try and offer free shipping as much as possible. Generally within the United States we choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail.Both services include FREE delivery confirmation. International Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International. We do not charge a handling fee on any of our packages. Alternate shipping services are available if you so wish. Please contact us if you have a special shipping request. We do encourage shipping insurance although it is not required. In the event that an insured package is lost or damaged we will work with you and the USPS to resolve the problem. In the unlikely event of a stolen package, where the package tracking number shows delivery but you did not receive it we will file a stolen package report with the USPS. This also requires us to file a police report. Mail theft is considered a felony and a very serious crime. We will work with you,the USPS and the Police to make sure that your mail delivery is protected.
